Moving home should be exciting, not stressful, and Elliott's goal is to make the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. With over 20 years working in luxury hospitality — specialising in sales, marketing and public relations — looking after discerning clients and delivering exceptional experiences is simply part of the day job.
That same attention to detail and personal service is what Elliott brings to every property he represents.
As a Cotswolds resident of nearly twenty years, Elliott has been fortunate to hold some wonderful local positions. As General Manager at Cowley Manor, he ran one of the area's most celebrated country house hotels. At The Lakes by yoo, he looked after the owners of multi-million pound second homes in a development designed by Philippe Starck — an experience that translates directly to understanding the prestige property buyer.
Beyond the Cotswolds, Elliott served as Sales & Marketing Director at A Curious Group of Hotels (which formerly included Cowley Manor), Marketing Director at The Alexander Hotel Collection, and most recently as Commercial Director at GuestHouse Hotels — a boutique group where he led commercial strategy across multiple properties.
What sets Elliott apart is a background in marketing and creative direction. As a Chartered Marketer, he understands how to position a property to attract the right buyer at the right price. He is also an experienced art director and shoot producer, so when it comes to photography, video and presenting your home at its absolute best, he is personally involved in making that happen — not just outsourcing it.
Outside of property, Elliott runs Great Expectations, a hospitality consultancy drawing on two decades of commercial leadership in luxury hotels and lifestyle brands.
